Retirement Seminars (May/June 2026)

Two more retirement webinars have been scheduled. These will conclude the four-part series. If you wish to receive a webinar link, please contact Liz Moran and indicate which ones you would like to attend.

During this presentation, we will discuss for all New York State and Local Retirement System (NYSLRS) members no matter what tier you are in, how your NYSLRS benefit is calculated, how to file for retirement, what death benefits you are covered by and important post-retirement information.  Participants will also hear about dental and vision coverage in retirement from CSEA EBF, receive information about CSEA’s Retiree Division, and learn need-to-know info from Pearl Insurance.

Eijah Miller, President of CSEA Local 653 works at NYSLRS. She is one of the many CSEA members whose job it is to take calls from folks like you. Daily she fields questions from soon-to-be retirees all over the State. Join her to hear the FAQs she fields and answers she provides. AND get your own questions answered (submit ahead of time).
