Attached is the announcement and application instructions for the 2019 Daniel X Campbell Memorial Scholarship. 2019 graduating high school seniors, who are going to college in NYS and whose parent is a CSEA Capital Region member, are eligible to apply. NOTE Local 698 members ARE part of CSEA Capital Region (regardless of your residence).
